Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address, an optional name, the page you subscribed from, and the date. Nothing else.
- Contact messages. The name, email and message you send us.
- Server logs. Standard web-server records: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
- Session cookie. One first-party cookie that keeps your session alive. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
What we do with it
Newsletter addresses are used to send the newsletter. Contact messages are used to reply to you. Server logs are used to keep the site online and secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider strictly needs it to deliver the service.
Your choices
- Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.
- You can ask us to delete your data by writing to the contact address below.
- You can browse the site with cookies disabled — only the login area needs them.
Retention
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short grace period. Contact messages are kept for two years. Server logs are rotated on a much shorter cycle.
